O’Fallon Pumpkin Variety Pack
Salted Caramel: Salted Caramel Pumpkin lives up to its name as a malt forward caramel flavored ale with the perfect balance of sweet and salt. To achieve this balance, we are using a blend of Caramel malts and Lactose for a creamy sweetness and add just the right amount of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt as a contrast. Of course, were using Pumpkin puree and our proprietary spice blend for that soft Pumpkin Pie character. Enjoy this medium bodied sweet salty treat. ABV: 5.4%
Jack O’Latte: Jack O’ Latté is a pumpkin milk stout aged on coffee beans. Flaked oats, lactose and coffee malt accentuate the latté character of this beer. We use our house made spiced tea of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove to lend the spiced seasonal flavor. Don’t be afraid of the “dark”, this sweet stout is everything that is drinkable and fitting for the season! ABV: 5.9%
Pumpkin: Don’t be fooled by mere pumpkin flavor… This is the real McCoy! We use soooo much real pumpkin in our mash that it adds hours to the lauter. But the result is incredible. We season our beer with fresh cinnamon, nutmeg and clove to give this wonderful seasonal beer its uncanny “Pumpkin Pie in a Bottle” taste. This beer continues to be our most popular seasonal offering so we know it won’t last long. ABV: 5.6%
Maple Bacon: This pumpkin Red Ale has a rich malty backbone of toasted caramel candy sweetness. We used a blend of smoked malts from Weyermann Malt in Germany and a touch of salt to achieve a soft natural smoked bacon flavor that balances with the sweet caramel notes. We add real pumpkin in the mash and natural maple to the finish to round out the Pumpkin and candied bacon theme. ABV: 5.9%
Vanilla Pumpkin:We decided to add some locally produced cold-pressed Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla to our most popular seasonal– O’Fallon Pumpkin. The vanilla adds another layer of flavor to the “pumpkin pie” theme of this amber ale and balances well with the cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. It tastes like a slice of pumpkin pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on it! ABV: 5.5%
