Guest Brewer Brings Beer to the People

Our mission at Brew Pipeline to help craft brewers extend the reach of their brands is fueled by our love of beer. We developed our flagship initiative, the Guest Brewer program, because we wanted to find an easier way for breweries to get their beer to the people, and for distributors to have a little more freedom in their inventory. We are industry experts with decades of experience spanning sales to distribution, and everything in between. We’ve formulated a unique process to accomplish our mission and we’re working with both distributors and craft brewers from across the country to deliver a variety of new beer brands to beer lovers just like us, everywhere.

There is a lot of red tape when pushing new brands to new states including state regulations, transportation protocols, cooperage, and distributor contracts. That’s where we come in: brewers brew the beer, distributors work with retailers to sell it, and we handle everything else.

Our Process Explained…

Step 1
Step 1

Brew Pipeline and a new brewer with an award-winning beer work out an agreement on the beer brand, packaging, pricing, territories, and brew schedule to initiate the launch of the brand to new markets. Brewers will work with our President of Sales to determine the best strategy based on their capabilities and Brew Pipeline will create a distribution execution strategy to suit their needs.

Step 3

The Brew Pipeline sales team will present the new brand to large and small retail chains throughout the new market territories per the Brewer’s request.

Step 2
Step 2

After Brew Pipeline receives basic assets from the new Guest Brewer, our marketing team will generate sales collateral like social media packages and display graphics which are loaded into our ordering system for our distributor partners to evaluate.

Step 3 to 4
Step 4
Step 4

Brew Pipeline will manage all the orders from our distributors throughout the new territories and communicate the fulfillment needs to the Brewer for production planning.

Step 5
Step 5

Through the Guest Brewer program, brewers can take advantage of cooperage and packaging options offered by Brew Pipeline (if needed) to ensure the order quotas are met with as little overhead as possible for the brewer.

Step 6
Step 6

After the new brand is brewed and packaged, Brew Pipeline’s transportation partners pick up all full pallets from the Brewer and ships and registers the new inventory fresh to each state, and market.

Step 7
Step 7

A combination of limited release marketing, selected exclusivity by territory, and award-winning branding ensure the new markets are primed for fast and fresh sell through. Our distributors deliver the new beer to their retailers and it is made available for public purchase.

Step 8
Step 8

Once the orders and program have been fulfilled, the Brewer gets full release and control of the brand with the option to re-enter the market whenever and with whomever they wish.

Choosing the Right Brands

Getting new brands to new states requires a lot of know-how and we work every day to stay on top of our game. Whether we’re evaluating industry restrictions or formulating the best way to help states process new beer brands, everything we do is to ensure the Guest Brewer program makes it as easy as possible for both brewers and distributors to move the best beers from their local area to states across the country. It’s simple, if brewers can expand their markets, people everywhere can have access to a more diverse selection of better beers from breweries who make award-winning ales, IPAs, stouts, nitros, and more.
